Introducing My Reading Journals

As you all know, I love reading! I’ve always been the type of person who picks up a book and gets completely sucked in. Maybe I’m aging myself a bit here, but in elementary when we would be studying English, I’d read ahead. And then suddenly realize that everyone else was well into their math work or science. I love reading so much, that I get a little angry when people interrupt me while I’m in the “book zone”. And while I do have a Goodreads account (follow me here!), it lacks a bit for me. I wanted a place where I could take my own notes for me, not share them with anyone else. So after seeing a few examples while scrolling TikTok and then struggling to find what I wanted, I decided to create my own reading journals.

And because I was having so much fun designing the covers, I made three. And then decided to share them with you all. Because that’s what friends are for! So let’s talk a bit about the journals.

There are 3 different cover designs

I started with three different cover designs. Originally, I designed the skeleton cover first to appease my secret goth soul, but then added the lavender wreath and fox design later. I knew not everyone would appreciate or want a gothic vibe to a reading journal and I wanted to add something for all readers.

Ample note-taking space

Each of the 100-page reading journals comes with plenty of space to jot down notes, book passages, and more.

What’s at the top?

At the top of each page, there is a spot for the book’s title, author, and dates read, as well as a five-star ranking. There is even a spot to put a photo of the book’s cover! I’m a little extra, so I’ve been making stickers for my reading journal.

You can find my journals by following the links here, here, or here. They retail for $7.99 on Amazon. However, you have the chance to win one! I’m giving away a copy of my reading journal to TWO lucky readers here on the blog! Winners will be chosen via a random generator. All you have to do to enter is make sure you are following me here and on Instagram! The contest will close on February 10th and I will announce the winners on my Instagram and contact you via email for your details. Happy reading!
